Old-Time Radio Days

Bob Schulz, born June 25, 1910 and a Palo Alto resident for 47 years, has a long history with broadcast radio beginning in 1929 and extending into 1942. First employed at 19 by WDAY (Fargo, ND), his experience includes announcing, commercial and radio station management, transmitter operation, station design and station construction. His radio career includes assignments at WDAY, WMIN, KVOX and KTSP. During Bob's career in broadcasting he lived stories that are priceless glimpses into the era when radio was growing up.
