Los Altos History House The
historic
J Gilbert Smith home, located on one of the last active apricot
orchards
in the Santa Clara Valley, is a turn-of-the-century (Built in 1905),
shingled
farm house built with many Craftsman-style features. History House of
Los
Altos was declared a State Point of Historical Interest in l987. An
associated
museum contains the history of Los Altos and Los Altos Hills.

- Alameda's first and only house museum. A Colonial Revival, an
architectural
popular around the turn of the century. Designed by Henry H. Meyers.

House - Constructed in 1867 by a German immigrant Henry
Rengstorff,saved from demolition and moved to Mountain View in 1980. A classic
Victorian Italianate home,is available for rent throughout the year and the

Railroad Society - Organized to preserve the Santa Clara railroad

- Palo Alto is a city of approximately 58,575 people, located about 35 miles
